When a client deposits funds, the company requires the following documents:
provide a copy of a valid passport with a signature
provide copies of payment cards for making a deposit (front side with the last 4 digits of the account number, back side with CVV).
A copy of utility bills must be provided showing the customer’s name and residential address.
Signed online transaction history.
WHEN DOES THE CLIENT NEED TO PROVIDE THE ABOVE DOCUMENTS?
Tesorro365 strongly requires the client to provide all necessary documents before withdrawing funds from the trading account.
In some cases, the company may request these documents before allowing any other activity on the trading account, such as deposits or trades.
Please note that if the client does not send the necessary documents to the company, then withdrawal requests will be canceled and the funds will be returned to the client’s trading account. In this case, the Company will inform the client through the internal messaging system.
HOW EXACTLY CAN THE CLIENT SEND THE REQUESTED DOCUMENTS TO THE COMPANY?
Scan documents or take high-resolution photos. Save pictures in JPEG format with minimal compression. Then send all photos to the company’s HR department.
